L & W Specialty Shop Inc. opened its' collegiate handbag website in 2003.  Prior to the web, we sold women accessories such as belts, fashion jewelry, fashion coats, hats, scarfs, capes and gloves.  Our men accessories included ties, wallets, hats, gloves and belts.  We also did great with home accent pieces at our Strip Mall location.

We are now 100% web based and currently have expanded to a second college handbag shop. www.collegiatehandbags.com, a gift shop, www.Thegiftboss.com, a health and nutrition shop at www.healthfirst/gnld.net.

It is our goal to bring collegiate handbags into the main stream of fashion handbags.  With that in mind, we use the #1 manufacturer of college handbags, wallets and accessories and select their best brands in order to offer college students stylish fashions.  We believe every woman should have a well designed Wristlet purse, a Football Handbag, Wallet or Messenger Bag as part of their handbag collection.  Our collegiate handbag shop provides school color bags with logo, mascots and embroidered letters made from the finest quality material to accomplish this goal.
